Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and direct patient experience activities across assigned healthcare systems. You will monitor satisfaction initiatives, administer surveys, and ensure policy compliance, driving client retention and account growth.

Essential duties include developing action plans, tracking performance, and collaborating with hospital committees and on-site teams to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct patient experience activities within the assigned system.
• Monitor and negotiate patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Administer client/customer surveys and respond promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client policies across operations.
• Develop and monitor patient satisfaction action plans for accounts.
• Participate in hospital committees and collaborate with on-site management.
