Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Verify order details prior to final pharmacist verification.
• Label, assemble, package and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Center for service levels and expectations.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Maintain and clean the pharmacy workspace.

This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as writtenin accordance withSOPs and Work Instructions
• Verify details of the order are correctprior to final pharmacist verification
• Label, assembly,packageand ship products to customers
• Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide superior service to clienteleregardingturnaround time andadditionalcustomer expectations
• Assistwith inventory management

• Assistwith interdepartmental communication
• Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to jobtitle.
• Follow all state and federal regulationspertaining toprescription dispensing
• Abide by company privacy policy
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift (up to 25 pounds) and repetitious physical activity.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Candidates who do not currently hold a Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration must be willing and able to obtain one upon hire

• Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability toutilizevarious software programs
• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants.
