Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with EHR and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong data-tracking skills and comfort using spreadsheets or dashboards.

• Serve as primary contact for new and existing patients, guiding on treatment and scheduling.
• Educate patients about programs, psychiatric services, therapy modalities, and care options.
• Track patient progress and follow up on missed sessions to improve engagement.
• Coordinate care with clinicians, therapists and administrative teams to support patients.
• Assist with scheduling logistics and travel between locations as needed.
• Represent the center at community events and support outreach efforts.
