Qualifications

• One year or more of medical front office experience.
• Ability to explain medical insurance benefits to patients.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Clear communication by phone, writing and in person.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule surgeries, send reminders via calls or emails.
• Collect copays and handle daily deposits and receipts.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information.
• Handle referrals, records, and mail/fax documents as needed.
• Assist physicians and office staff as a team.
