Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a hospital setting.
• High School required.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish (medium proficiency).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, families and medical/administrative teams.
• Engage patients and families to encourage active participation in care.
• Listen to concerns and mediate issues to support a positive experience.
• Support service recovery and assist in improvement initiatives.
• Participate in development and implementation of initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Share patient/family feedback with leadership to drive improvements.
