Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Patient Ambassador to foster a comforting experience for patients and families, serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff.

You will guide guests to departments, assist with check-in and scheduling, answer questions, provide empathetic support, and uphold HIPAA privacy in a fast-paced setting.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer/patient service experience.
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Intake patients and gather screening information.
• Guide guests to departments, appointments, and amenities.
• Answer questions and provide empathetic support to patients and families.
• Coordinate with staff for scheduling and screening needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure a welcoming, organized environment in the facility.
