Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in South Carolina or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts effective, targeted rounding to optimize care plan and dispositioning based on patient care needs.
• Establishes rapport with patients and families to learn priorities and communicates findings to the care team.
• Responds to complaints and concerns and communicates issues to appropriate staff.
• Works with departments to limit or resolve delays in service and informs patients of delays.
• Uses trend analysis to advise departments on service action plans.
• Triages issues to management to ensure better service to customers.
