Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in, monitor portal, verify demographics and insurance.
• Secure referrals and health records as needed; enter data into EHR.
• Scan documents daily and schedule telehealth appointments.
• Answer phones, book and follow-up on appointments, and route messages.
• Distribute mail daily and verify provider document accuracy.
• Back-up support for insurance follow-ups and referrals; manage multiple provider schedules.
• Stay updated on local programs and complete required forms as needed.
