Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in, monitor the patient portal, verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate with providers and staff.
• Collect patients' financial obligations and explain benefits within HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide back-up support for office staff and handle documentation and email communications.
• Maintain knowledge of local programs and ensure accurate data entry in the EHR system.
