Rural Health Group, Inc. in Roanoke Rapids, NC, seeks a Patient Liaison to warmly greet patients, assist with registration and front-desk duties, and help coordinate patient care needs.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and professional conduct; the position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with some travel for back-up front-desk tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Outpatient physician office experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, telephone and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have basic understanding of medical terms and abbreviations.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in potentially stressful environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective, professional relationships with patients, providers, coworkers, and superiors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Greet and direct patients with courtesy to the correct area.
• Assist with patient registration to prevent delays and speed check-in.
• Coordinate resolution of patient care needs and concerns.
• Maintain lobby and front desk as clean, neat, and welcoming; ensure timely patient flow.
• Back-up Patient Account tasks: verify insurance, collect payments, reconcile cash, enter data.
• Travel may be required; schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
