Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed RN for a full-time day shift in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Join a team focused on resident-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes.

You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise aides, manage meds, and document thoroughly while adhering to state and federal regulations. A one-year nursing background and EHR familiarity are preferred; CPR/BLS is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
