Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Lead Patient Experience Representative to oversee clinic administrative operations and elevate the patient and family experience. You will provide advanced administrative support, coordinate patient services, and lead designated staff.

Will train in Brookline for first 3 months, then travel between Boston and Brookline to meet business needs. Requires healthcare admin background and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to physicians and clinic teams.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications.
• Manage records, forms, supplies, equipment inventory, and requisitions.
• Coordinate ancillary services with internal departments and support general office operations.
• Train and coach staff on systems, policies, and workflows.
• Lead patient experience staff and monitor performance.
