Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, visitors, providers, and staff.
• Register patients and direct visitors while coordinating care with internal and external partners.
• Support patient intake, scheduling, EMR documentation, billing-related activities, and reimbursement processes.
• Train, onboard, and coach staff on systems, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Lead designated patient experience staff and monitor performance.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
