Baptist Health in Boynton Beach is seeking a Manager, Patient Experience to strengthen patient and family-centered care. You will manage a team, drive improvement initiatives, and oversee department reporting to leadership, aligning efforts with organizational strategies.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role includes budget development for the year and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in customer service/hospitality with ≥2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven skills in influencing, leading, and delegating.
• Strong group facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence and unite individuals around a common goal.
• Efficient under pressure with strategic decision-making and sound judgment.
• Ability to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations to broad audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent oral, analytical, written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiating skills with a win-win attitude and accountability.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
