Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Operations Manager for a Physician Practice in Cardiology in Boynton Beach. The role oversees patient flow across service lines, implements policies, and drives process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare and at least five years of healthcare leadership experience, with CHAM preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is a plus, and the position is full-time at Baptist Health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare leadership or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA and related guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thinking, tactical action, and operational decision-making for the department.
• Oversee patient flow across multiple service lines, departments, and sites.
• Develop, interpret, and apply departmental policies and standardized workflows.
• Lead process improvements identified through Revenue Cycle processes or audits.
• Manage initiatives to support patient satisfaction and financial planning; monitor budget controls.
