Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Chicago front-office team. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality service, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and help build trust with patients.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, contributing to a friendly, collaborative culture with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-service oriented with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
