Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will deliver compassionate patient service, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and manage payments in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As part of a four-week training program, you will report to the Manager and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients while upholding company policies and dental board standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
