Job summary

Ayr Wellness in Florida is seeking a Team Lead to support store operations, supervise dispensary staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will work with the Store Manager to hire and develop a motivated team focused on patient care and operational excellence.

You will oversee inventory integrity, KPI tracking, and daily financial reporting, while delivering best-in-class service to patients and staying compliant with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI).
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform leadership and oversight of a Florida-licensed retail medical marijuana dispensary.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients while coaching team members.
• Train staff on company SOPs and product knowledge to ensure compliant service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee daily cash handling.
