Ayr Wellness is seeking a Team Lead to support store managers and staff, ensuring retail operations meet company standards at our Florida dispensary. You will oversee daily store activities and assist in hiring, coaching, and compliance with state and local rules.

With a focus on customer service, inventory control, and KPI tracking, you will lead a motivated team of patient advocates and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting while maintaining a patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership and oversight of a Florida medical marijuana dispensary.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and coach staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine inspections.
• Train dispensary staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Ensure KPIs are tracked and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Develop schedules for patient advocate staff.
• Ensure HIPAA education and confidentiality is maintained.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready store environment.
