Job summary

Ayr Wellness in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive a performance-driven dispensary operation. You will oversee daily store activities, ensure patient care, and lead a team of associates dedicated to compliant cannabis service.

You will hire and develop staff, monitor inventory, training on SOPs, and maintain KPIs while safeguarding confidentiality and privacy as required by regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements set by local/state/federal rules.
• Background check as required by local, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operations of a licensed dispensary.
• Maintain accurate cannabis product inventory.
• Supervise dispensary staff including hiring, discipline and advancement.
• Train staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Monitor KPIs and financial reporting; manage staff scheduling.
