Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Team Lead to support the Gainesville dispensary operations, working with the Store Manager to hire and develop a motivated team focused on compliant, patient‑centered service. You will ensure daily operations meet company standards and collaborate with leadership to optimize patient experiences.

You will train staff on SOPs, manage inventories, and oversee financial reporting, while upholding HIPAA and privacy requirements in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a Florida dispensary under state licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff.
• Administer routine inventory inspections and NAV entries.
• Manage patient advocate staff and patient education programs.
• Train staff on SOPs and product knowledge, including cannabis products.
• Maintain HIPAA education and confidentiality for employees.
• Capture and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
