Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-orientated.

• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic.
• Execute 5-star customer service and collaborate with the team to ensure care and support for patients.
