Job summary

Ayr Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to support retail operations at our Florida dispensary. You will oversee daily activities, lead a team of patient advocates, and ensure compliance with state and local rules while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and customers.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and monitor KPIs to drive performance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant retail leadership experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pass Level 2 Background Check (FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations under Florida DOH licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff.
• Maintain accurate cannabis product inventory.
• Train staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Manage patient advocate staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, regulations, and directives.
• Monitor KPIs and financial reporting.
