Ayr Wellness is seeking a Team Lead to support store operations in Florida. This role drives daily performance, leads staff, ensures compliance with state and local regulations, and delivers exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced dispensary.

You will manage patient advocates, oversee inventory, and train staff on procedures, HIPAA, and product knowledge to maintain high standards and KPI achievement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leadership and daily operations of a licensed Florida dispensary.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach team members.
• Report findings to managers and maintain compliant practices.
• Inspect inventory to ensure accuracy and stock integrity.
• Supervise patient advocate staff and schedule shifts.
• Update procedures to align with SOPs and product knowledge.
• Train staff on product lines, HIPAA privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Capture KPIs and manage daily cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate patient education and counseling programs.
• Ensure traceability from reception to sale and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate incidents to Operations Director or Compliance.
