• Provides interpretation support for non-English speaking and hearing impaired patients.
• Documents complaints and feedback and communicates with involved departments.
• Coordinates campus tours for domestic and international visitors.
• Assists with interpretation services and language access using interpreters or language lines.
• Explains center policies and provides information about BSWH facilities.
• Supports international patient procedures to verify financial coverage and insurance.
