CenterWell is seeking a Patient Service Advisor for onsite responsibilities in Orlando, FL. You will execute growth and retention initiatives, educate patients on services, and support transitions to deliver a personalized care journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or related business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service with verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Comfortable having difficult conversations and overcoming barriers to support patients in their care.
• Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of growth and retention initiatives within the center.
• Build trust with patients and personalize their care experience.
• Assist with new patient welcome experience including registration and tours.
• Educate patients about services, resources, benefits and events.
• Conduct 30/60/90 day follow ups to keep patients engaged in care.
