• Verify insurance eligibility, pre-certifications, referrals, and authorizations.
• Explain financial policies and assist patients with payment options and insurance coordination.
• Enter payments and charges, perform daily reconciliation, and balance the cash drawer.
• Schedule appointments and ensure patients are prepared for visits.
• Provide patient support via phone, email, or in person to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Assist with patient records requests and general clerical tasks as needed.
