Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily general office and administrative duties.
• Oversee collection of required insurance co-payments and patient registration, and document and reconcile daily schedule.
• Provide outstanding and professional customer service to ensure efficiency and promote a positive patient experience.
• Verify insurance benefits.
• Monitor incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate, timely, and positive clinic communication.
