Select Physical Therapy in Los Angeles is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to greet, register, and guide patients through their visit and upcoming appointments. You will schedule in person and by phone, coordinate with attorneys and insurers, and help move patient cases forward at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience.
• Experience with insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; inform them about visit expectations and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Direct communication with attorneys, insurance, translation companies, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
