Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• 1 year of Medical Office experience.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurers, translation services, market leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
