Axia Women's Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to create a seamless patient experience at our clinics. You will be the first and last point of contact for in-office visitors and calls, handling scheduling, registration, copay collection, and insurance verification with professionalism and care.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/PSR experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to the waiting area.
• Route calls and relay messages to appropriate staff.
• Register new or existing patients and activate files.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up appointments.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly.
• Support clinical staff and maintain smooth front-desk operations.
• Adhere to SOPs, HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies.
