Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and modify appointments and assist with registrations.
• Answer calls and route them or provide voicemail as needed.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate benefits.
• Collect copayments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support daily administrative workflows and collaborate with clinical staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
