Job summary

Axia Women's Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative I for Lexington Women's Health in Lexington, KY. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with responsibilities at the front desk and satellite locations.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copays, verify insurance, and support daily administrative workflows while upholding Axia's commitment to compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/PSR experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Schedule and modify appointments and manage front-desk duties.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Route calls, take messages, and support daily administrative workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
