The Eye Doctors in Topeka, KS seeks a Front Office Specialist to be the first contact for patients, delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; optometry/ophthalmology preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great service and support.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Greet patients promptly with a smile and thank them when they leave.
• Answer phones (both external and internal); assure prompt, courteous service at all times.
• Practice urgency at all times with consideration to the patient’s time and doctor’s schedule.
