Job summary

The Eye Doctors is seeking an Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our Topeka office, driving Total Patient Experience and profitability. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, scheduling, and training while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have management experience, eyecare background preferred, and the ability to coordinate between doctors and staff while upholding company policies and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Eyecare / optical experience preferred.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability of the office.
• Develop and maintain relationships between doctors and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; manage KPI results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety rules.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling, meetings, inventory, and training.
