Talentify is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Overland Park clinic. You’ll welcome patients, handle check-ins/outs, and help create a warm, efficient front-desk experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task while delivering friendly, professional service in person, over the phone, or via messaging. Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-ins/outs to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area inviting.
• Provide friendly professional service in person, over the phone, or via messaging.
• Gather and verify patient information, handle forms and payments, and prepare for the next visit.
• Schedule appointments and maintain records to ensure a seamless patient experience.
