Job summary

Talentify is seeking a receptionist for our outpatient medical practice. You will greet patients, collect fees, schedule appointments, handle phones, and maintain clinic records with attention to accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of office experience, medical office exposure, and familiarity with medical terminology and coding (CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10). This is a full-time on-site role in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Two years office experience preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Medical terminology, CPT, ICD-9 or ICD-10 coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Collect applicable fees at point of service and balance deposits per protocol.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendar.
• Answer and route phone calls, provide clerical support as assigned.
• Verify insurance coverage and referrals; maintain accurate patient demographics in the system.
