Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Longmont, CO is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk operations, greet patients, register them, and collect co-pays. This full-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with insurance providers and attorneys' offices as needed.

Working Monday to Friday, you will support the center's patient experience from check-in through checkout, while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance providers, translation services, operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.
