Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Preferred: 1 year of medical front desk or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments (in-person and by phone).
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect co-pays.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and external partners.
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
