Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient charts and update demographics and billing information.
• Copy photo ID and insurance card; obtain consent signatures including HIPAA.
• Verify insurance benefits for every patient encounter.
• Communicate eligibility and financial responsibility clearly to patients.
• Document benefit information in patient records.
• Assist with patient collections and identify financial responsibilities.
