Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC. is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Newport Beach, CA clinic. You will deliver excellent customer service and provide essential administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, data collection, and coordination with clinical staff. Travel to other PRN clinics is required; hours include full-time or part-time options within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and handle inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Keep front office area neat, tidy and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, payments, filing, etc.).
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and other departments; maintain a clean reception area.
