Job summary

Mountain Area Health Education Center is seeking a Customer Care Associate to manage front desk duties, assist with check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and provide a positive patient experience. On-site schedule aligns with clinic hours, with occasional flexibility for coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Experience with medical office software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Spanish language ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients and schedule appointments.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance and collect payments; reconcile cash drawers.
