Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver personalized front desk experiences during check-in and check-out. Training will be provided to learn about the vision care industry and ensure a best-in-class patient experience. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

The role reports to the Office General Manager. Wage range is $17.15 to $20.15 hourly, with compensation commensurate with experience and location, and compliance with wage laws.

Qualifications

• Front desk, reception, or customer-facing experience in administrative duties.
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure with excellent service.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to wear multiple hats.
• Friendly, patient-focused team player with strong communication skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to solve problems and respond to requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments.
