Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team, guiding check-in/out and delivering a personalized patient experience. No optical background required; training and tools will be provided to learn the industry and deliver top-tier vision care to patients.

This role reports to the Office General Manager and may require some weekend and evening shifts. Expect to verify insurance, educate patients on options, and collaborate with doctors to ensure smooth operations and

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role.
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.
• Flexible, nimble mindset with ability to wear multiple hats.
• Friendly, patient-centric and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience, ensuring a timely and positive process.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
