Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/out, providing a personalized patient experience. No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided to help you learn the industry and deliver our best-in-class service.

You will verify insurance, assist with appointments, answer multiple phone lines, greet patients and support office staff. Some weekend/evening shifts, and you will report to the Office General Manager to help keep our

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check in/out experience for patients.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
