Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics into EMR and verify insurance details.
• Verify insurance information and ensure files are complete.
• Prepare insurance claims and ensure charges are billed correctly.
• Collect charges, co-pays, and payments in EMR and reconcile balances.
• Maintain a clean workspace and use resources efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
