Job summary

One Medical is seeking a dedicated Member Support Specialist for our Ballard pediatrics office in Seattle. You will be the first contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/out, and seamless coordination with care teams.

You’ll use our tech stack (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR) to support scheduling, outreach, and patient communications while upholding our high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and take action.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support a positive in-office experience.
• Perform front desk duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Assist with outreach, follow-up, and transportation coordination as needed.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR).
• Maintain office appearance and restock supplies.
