Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of front office experience in a large healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of third party payors including Medicare/Medicaid and private plans.
• Ability to work across multiple systems during calls.
• Excellent communication, in person and on the phone.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle front desk duties.
• Collect co-pays and schedule appointments.
• Process authorizations and referrals for care.
• Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and ambulatory care managers.
