Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Healthcare Front Desk Coordinator for Stone Oak Infusion Center and Alamo Ranch Infusion Center in San Antonio. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, delivering first-point-of-contact service and supporting daily center operations.

You will manage appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, maintain patient records, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience across infusion centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing basics, and patient intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage phones with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with pre-visit requirements.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, and collect copays accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow with nursing staff to ensure a smooth visit.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Support multiple centers as needed during high-volume days or staff absences.
