Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; handle pre-visit requirements.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, collect copays.
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical teams to ensure smooth visits.
• Maintain a clean, inviting reception area and support multiple centers as needed.
